Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days from our warehouse in Poland. All packages are sent via courier, primarily using DPD or DHL, depending on the destination country.

Standard Delivery within Europe: Shipping typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on the specific delivery location.

Customs & Duties

As all our products are dispatched from Poland (European Union), there are typically no additional customs duties or charges for deliveries made within the EU Member States.

For deliveries to non-EU European countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, UK), our shipping prices calculated at the checkout do not include any local customs fees or import duties. Customers will be held fully liable for any charges that may occur upon arrival in the destination country.
