We want you to be completely satisfied with your Natura Atelier products. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

 

How to Return Your Order

 

Please ship the product(s) back to us in the original, unused condition and original packaging (where applicable) to the following address:

Please include a note inside the package with the following details:

Your Name

Your Order Number

The Reason for Return (e.g., Refund or Exchange request)

 

Refund Processing

 

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange for the order.

Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Important Exceptions

 

Bespoke or Custom Orders: Items that have been personalized, custom-made, or produced as a special order are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Accuracy: We are not responsible for any errors made when placing the order (e.g., incorrect sizing or spelling on personalized items). Please ensure you double-check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
